Oneika Mays — mindfulness expert and author (including of Sit With Me ) — joins Musicians from the New York Philharmonic and members of Northwell Health and The Unsung Collective to explore the characteristics of love and what connects us to each other through music and wellness. The program is followed by an instrument try out session for all ages, led by New York Philharmonic Teaching Artists. This event is free; no ticket is required to attend.
